Jeff Milde, CAE

Jeff Milde is the Principal of the Calma Association Management Company and has over 25 years of non-profit management experience.   During his career, he has worked for stand-alone non-profits and multiple association management companies in a variety of capacities from small associations to large international associations.  In 1995 he received his BS degree from San Jose State University.  In 2003, he completed his MBA from the University of San Francisco.  Jeff is a member of both the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE).  In 2002, Jeff received his Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation.  Jeff has been married for 22 years to his wife, Jennifer, a practicing physician in Obstetrics & Gynecology.  He has two sons.

Trevor Hinkley

Trevor began working for Calma Association Management in 2007. After a hiatus to raise two kids, he has returned to Calma in 2020 to bring his experience in event and meeting planning, administration, and communications.  Trevor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration from California State University, Sacramento. 

Sara Shippy

Sara Shippy is the Project Coordinator of the Calma Association Management Company. Sara has over 15 years of customer service experience; she has planned and coordinated a variety of events, conferences and meetings. In 2006 she received her BA degree from California State University, Sacramento in Interior Design. Sara loves the spending time outdoors and values time spent with family.

Heather Durham

Heather Durham started with Calma Association Management Company in September 2020.  She has a diverse background and considers herself a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to management.  Heather received her BS degree from San Jose State University in 1998.  She was fortunate to be a stay-at-home mom for 13 years until she re-entered the workforce in 2016.  After 4 years of working in Legal and Operations in the Tech Industry, she decided to return to her career passion of event management.  Heather has over 25 years of experience in non-profit organizations, event coordination and HR management.  She excels at developing long lasting professional relationships.  She is highly-organized, detail-oriented and a team player. Heather is the mother of two amazing girls she loves to travel with.
